Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.
To cancel your order, please email us at support@sethsawariyabizmart.com or call us at (+91) 7802026206with your order ID and reason for cancellation.
Once your order is canceled, the refund (if prepaid) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Once an order has been dispatched or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
However, you may initiate a return or exchange after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
In such cases, shipping charges (if applicable) may be deducted from your refund amount.

In rare cases, Sethsawariya Bizmart reserves the right to cancel or delay an order due to:

If your order is canceled by us, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.

For all eligible canceled orders:

Prepaid Orders: Refunded to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Wallet) within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
COD Orders: No refund is applicable, as payment is made at the time of delivery.

If a refund delay occurs, please contact your bank or payment provider first, as processing times may vary.

Orders below ₹3000 incur a ₹150 shipping fee, which is non-refundable if the order is canceled after dispatch.
Orders ₹3000 and above qualify for free shipping.
